The working part of PresenceFlow: decide what you want to be known for, turn it into a plan, and work through that plan in short daily steps.

Plan what to talk about

Start from the area you want to be known for. PresenceFlow turns it into a campaign plan — content pillars, the subtopics under them, and the article ideas that come from those subtopics — and you edit the whole thing until it sounds like you.

  • Describe your topic, what you want to be known for, and optionally who you want to influence and the point of view that should come through
  • Get a structure back: content pillars, subtopics beneath them, and a list of article ideas
  • Choose how much you want to plan, from a handful of article ideas up to fifteen
  • Rename, add or remove anything in the plan, and ask for more subtopics or ideas as you go

Know what to do today

PresenceFlow is not another dashboard to interpret. Today gives you one short package of work: the article to draft or finish, and the posts that go with it. When it is done, you are done.

  • Your Content Queue is a list you reorder yourself, and it decides what Today offers next

Create and publish useful content

Each article idea becomes a draft you shape in one workspace, with platform-ready posts to match. Publishing an article puts it on your own PresenceFlow page. The social posts stay in your hands.

  • Write and revise articles in a single workspace, with help to improve, shorten, expand or rewrite the draft
  • Get platform-ready posts for LinkedIn, X and Reddit alongside each article
  • Copy a post and PresenceFlow opens the platform in a new tab so you post it yourself
  • Publish a finished article to your PresenceFlow page, and unpublish it again whenever you want

Your public page sits at its own PresenceFlow address and brings your published work together with the professional record behind it. Every section is a choice you make, and the page only goes live when you publish it.

  • Show the sections that make your case: experience, education, skills, achievements and professional development
  • Turn sections on or off, and keep individual entries private while publishing the rest
  • Publish when you are ready and unpublish at any time, which takes the page out of public view

Being visible is one half of a professional reputation. The other half is evidence that you keep learning, and PresenceFlow keeps that record alongside your writing.

Build evidence of your development

Record the courses, certifications, conferences and mentoring you actually do, keep the evidence and your reflections with each entry, and choose which of it appears on your public page.

  • Log activities with the time they took, what you took from them, and your own reflection
  • Attach certificates and supporting files to an entry, and mark which entries are professional credentials or certifications
  • Download a spreadsheet of your active development records — titles, dates and reflections — while the evidence files you attached stay separate
  • Take short guided learning modules in Presence Academy, built around a topic you choose, and keep the completion record
